Welcome to
Swixim Paris République

Swixim Paris 11ème and 20ème was born in 2013 from the meeting of people passionate about real estate, driven by the desire to help individuals succeed in their real estate projects. The challenge was to bring together 2 such different yet complementary personalities!

With over 15 years' experience behind them, the two entrepreneurs pass on their experience in the field, motivating and supporting their staff on a daily basis with generosity and passion.

In Paris, our group currently represents:
2 branches well established in their neighborhoods

• 20 agents, all from different backgrounds, with a common desire to make the customer experience pleasant, professional and personalized.

• 1 rental management service
