A new milestone reached: Yann opens his 5ᵗʰ Swixim agency in Gard in September!

After 27 years in real estate and 10 years of adventure within the international Swixim network, Yann Wojtera has just opened his fifth agency in Gard (30) in France, in downtown Alès. A new step that confirms the growth momentum of his group, already established in Uzès, Pont-du-Gard, Vézénobres, and southern Cévennes.

The story began in Uzès, where the first Swixim agency was born. Gradually, success and growing notoriety allowed for an expansion of the territorial network.

 "The more we grow, the more professionals want to join our project", he explains. 

This is how the opportunity arose with Grégory Lombard, manager of a real estate agency already established in Alès. His integration into the project will allow this agency to officially become a Swixim franchise starting in September. 

The choice of an international network

Initially reluctant to join a franchise, Yann quickly understood the importance of belonging to a strong and recognized network. 

"Being a franchisee has enabled me to develop in ways I would not have had as an independent," he confides.

The international nature of Swixim was decisive, especially in Uzès, where many foreign buyers are present. 

"We found in Swixim values, tools, and a quality of service that perfectly align with what we stand for."

A method shared by the whole team

From the start of his involvement, the entrepreneur attended the Starter+ training offered by the network. 

"I was 200% convinced by this method because it corresponds to what I had long sought to convey." 

Today, the 30 independent agents distributed across his 5 agencies have all undergone this training and came out fully satisfied.

The new agency, located in the heart of Alès, opposite the Town Hall, enjoys an ideal location in a lively shopping district. The team, composed of an experienced Team Leader and several agents, embodies the Swixim spirit: professionalism, closeness, and tailored support.

With now 5 agencies and about thirty advisors, the group of the Multi-Franchisee Swixim Yann Wojtera covers the core of the Gard market. The next step could be Nîmes, to further expand territorial coverage and consolidate this success.
