    In Pessac, Grégory charts a new course with Swixim
    In the Bordeaux metropolitan area, Grégory, an experienced real estate professional, has decided to breathe new life into his business by joining the international Swixim network. A strategic decision driven by his desire to structure his growth around a model more aligned with his values.
    A thoughtful repositioning.

    After several years managing two franchised real estate agencies in the Bordeaux region, Grégory has decided to refocus his activity on the city of Pessac, which is more dynamic and better positioned strategically.
    "I wanted to focus, expand my area, and give more reach to my agency."

    Swixim: a meaningful encounter
    That’s when Grégory was contacted by Fabrice Rouffiac, Swixim franchise developer. The flexible, collaborative Swiss model immediately caught his attention.

    Founder Thierry Caminati and his wife Nathalie provided strong support through advice and knowledge sharing. Caroline Goetz Assidi, Head of Development and Support, has been in direct contact with Grégory since the first meetings to assist and share experiences.

    Any advice for those still hesitating?
